Devildog Bootcamp kicked ass this morning. All of you 5:30am clients are crazy!!! Everyone rocked it out today. Great job.... We did a combination of TRX exercises, band exercises, and good old fashioned USMC exercises. Next Challenge approaching fast. Check you e-mail!
