Next Challenge approaching fast. Check you e-mail!
I find it intensely amazing as to how much of a great day you can have when you plan. Can I get most of you to agree on this? I'm sure I can. When I plan on waking up early and have my clothes ready for the next morning it's amazing how much stress is non-existent. Think of a business model and what's the first thing that comes to mind? After profits and losses of course. If you didn't guess it it's a business plan. It's so amazing how we can find time to plan the kids schedules (I know it's mostly the moms that do this! God bless you!) we plan meetings, we plan birthdays, we even plan guys/gals night out. Most of the time it goes on without a hitch, because it's planned.
When was the last time you planned your meals? When was the last time you planned a healthy meal? I'm not going to lie and tell you it's easy. But success isn't easy. Life isn't easy. Being healthy isn't easy! I can tell you it is worth it. I do the same thing sometimes and don't plan my meals as well. That's when I feel it and believe me I can tell when I'm getting fluffy and it's time to get back on track.
I'll step off my soapbox now. My point is make the time to plan your meals and you will be successful. You have to want to be successful. Ask anyone who trains seriously and they will tell you that planning your meals is the first key to success.
Plan tomorrows meal today!!
